3. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with area personnel and management.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school graduate or equivalent.
Thorough knowledge of member services and products provided.
One to three years of experience as a Financial Services Representative or equivalent.
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
Ability to operate department related computer applications and equipment.
Solid math and basic accounting skills.
